MisMezcales is a refined mezcal tasting salon in Roma, an outpost of the original Oaxaca location, run by owner Omar Trejo. The selection focuses on rare, small-batch mezcals from artisanal producers, including female distillers. Tastings are flight-style and Omar guides you through each pour in excellent English, sharing producer stories and regional context. The setting is Art Deco, gallery-like, and intimate—this is an education as much as a drinking session. Book ahead for group tastings.
